How do I log in?
We’ve got two options for ya.
You can login by entering your email address and password on the login page, simple as.
OR you can receive a magic link. Select the “click here” you see next to “Login with just your email address instead” - it’ll take you to a page where you enter your email address, hit continue and hey presto! You’ll receive a magic link to your inbox you can click to login. The login spell we’ve cast won’t last forever though - the magic link expires after 10 mins (for security reasons) so make sure you’re quick.
How do I reset my password?
We’ve all been there - asking ourselves “was it my favourite-meal-and-birthday-combo I used for the password, or the dog’s?” If your password has slipped from your memory (or you need to reset for another, less forgetful reason) just hit the “Forgot Password” button on the login page, fill in your email details, and a reset link will wing its way to your inbox. Otherwise, you also have the option of logging with a magic link - see “How do I login?” for details.
I’m getting too many emails - help!
Need to unsubscribe or just want a few less emails? No worries.
You can tell us what you want to hear about via the communications preferences in your Account. Click on the communications tab on the left (here's a shortcut) and you'll be taken to the page where you can opt-in or out from the different kinds of emails we send.
I want to refer my friends!
Congrats on making a great choice - it’s considered a cardinal sin in the Big Book of Mofo Values to keep good wine to yourself, what’s life if not for sharing? If you’re keen to spread the love, you can refer a buddy and treat them to $25 off their first purchase.
Once you’ve logged in, head to your account page and you’ll see the “Invite Friends” option - enter their email and they’ll get a welcome link to a page with your special referral code. Once they’ve completed their order using your code (and, we’re assuming, called to promise to crack open a bottle with you), you’ll receive a fabulous $25 credit on us to say thanks, which’ll be automatically deducted at the checkout.** Cheers to mates!
**A little note to say the referral and welcome credits expire 12 months from the date of issue, so don’t wait a year and a day to use them. And they can’t be used in conjunction with other coupon codes, sorry about that.

How do I track my order?
No need to look to the skies for smoke signals or carrier pigeons - once your order has been blessed and left the hallowed ground of our warehouse, we’ll flick you an email with a link. This link will take you to a tracking page provided by the courier mofos appointed to make sure your vino arrives in tip top shape, ready for your enjoyment.
If you can’t find your email, or lose it in a trigger-happy click of the delete button, not to worry either. Simply log into your account, head to your profile (accessed by clicking the outline of a person, top right hand corner), and you’ll see your Order History available on the right hand side. Select the order number you’re looking for, hit “View Order Details” and then select “Track this item here” to head to the tracking page. And we get it, that’s a fair few steps - here’s a shortcut to your order history to give you a headstart.
What do I do if my tracking isn't showing?
You’ll get a dispatch email when the wine first makes its merry way from our warehouse, but sometimes the first scan by our mates at AusPost happens a little after that - so your tracking link might not appear to be working to begin with. It’s all gravy (or delicious vino) though, the first scan usually happens in your state’s depot, so just give it a couple of days.
At certain times of year Santa, the Easter Bunny or the King of England can cause a lot of parcels to hit the post at once - when that happens your wine will only scan once it arrives at the delivery centre, and it should then go out for delivery to your doorstep not long after that. Phew.
Can I delay my delivery?
We aim to get your wine to you as quickly as possible, and there’s no way to put the cork in the system once your vino delivery is in full flow. We’d suggest redirecting your order to a friend or family member you’d trust not to get corkscrew happy until you’re there to share it with them.
AusPost also offer a Parcel Collect service - your wine will be sent to a nearest Post Office and kept safe for up to two weeks. To do that you'll just need to sign up for a MyPost account, which you can do here: auspost.com.au/mypost (or log in if you already have one) and then sign up for Parcel Collect at your nearest post office. Or get in touch with us and we’ll give you a hand 😊
Updating delivery instructions
To give us a heads up on your next order, you can log into your account and update the delivery instructions in your address book. These will then be applied for your next case (or cases) of good wine once they begin winging their way from us to you.
We can’t update your delivery instructions once an order has been locked in - but you can let AusPost know that you’re okay with your wine being left somewhere safe, or ask for it to go to your nearest Post Office Collection Point. We can’t do this on your behalf though, so you’ll need to let them know via your MyPost Account.
Do I need to be home to sign for my order or show ID?
Only on your very first order with us! After your initial order then you just need to make sure you give AusPost permission to leave your wine if no one is home.
If you live in an area where AusPost offer parcel delivery services, your driver should always try to find a safe place to leave your wine*. If you live in an area that doesn’t offer parcel delivery, your wine will be delivered to your local post office, they’ll drop a card in your letterbox and send you an email to let you know.
*What’s a safe place? That’s up for the delivery mofo to decide - check the AusPost website for more info.

I just signed up to a Club, when will my first case process?
If you’re a member of…
Black Market Club: we’ll process your first case on the 3rd of the month ✅
Mofo Clubs: we’ll process your first case on the 15th of the month ✅
Payments are taken automatically on those dates (depending on your subscription), so all you need to do is relax and start lining up your glassware of choice.
I've updated my credit card, why isn't my club payment going through?
We have a separate payment system when managing subscriptions, for system-y based, subscription-y reasons. But it’s still dead easy to update your saved Club subscription payment details - just make sure you're logged in, go to your profile, select “Wine Clubs” and then “Edit subscription”. How do I update my address on my Club?
If you’ve moved and want to make sure that twelve bottles of the latest and greatest finds of the ‘Fo to follow you, here’s how. Login to the site, head to your profile, select “Wine Clubs” and then “Edit Subscription” - you’ll find the address section if you scroll down a wee bit. How do I add a discount code?
Discount codes can be niftily entered in the voucher box at checkout (it’s on the first page of the cart, left hand side under “Estimated Shipping Price”). Click the little arrow next to “Add a discount/coupon code” and hey presto - the box will appear. Enter in your code, hit ‘Apply’, and so long as the code is valid: wham, bam, thank you mofo, you should see your discount reflected. Only one discount or voucher code can be used per order though, folks.
Free shipping isn’t working?
Double check that you’re signed in to your account - sometimes we don’t make free shipping a site-wide offer 😉
If free shipping is still not working, then make sure you click through to the main checkout. Our handy mini preview cart can be a little clunky and sometimes forgets to add free shipping. Silly little mini cart!

I put something in my cart and now it’s gone!?
We’re slinging wine on a first-in, first-served basis, so putting a wine in your cart doesn’t reserve it. The only way to guarantee it’ll end up in your loving embrace is to complete the purchase. When you see that “Boom mofo”, you can start to fist pump the air, applaud, or give a tearful speech thanking your loved ones for all their support - however you want to celebrate.
What is a Black Market Deal?
'Black Market Deal' cases are special, exclusive deals where we keep the name of the producer hidden. Don't worry, they aren’t clean skins and each bottle is still labelled beautifully, just as if you'd bought them from the cellar door. What’s the deal with Lucky Dip? Are they a scam?
This question should probably be at the top of the page, because we get asked it a lot - and we know why, it does seem too good to be true. But yep, every Lucky Dip has a 1 in 100 chance to win a super premium wine (usually a Grange or a Dom, it’ll be detailed in the case description). Winners often prefer to keep their good fortune to themselves - so if you do win one, don’t be shy in letting us know on socials (we’ll love you even more for it). Salvation case?
Salvation Cases are made up of wines that were saved from biblical calamity (aka an “uh-oh” moment resulting in a few broken bottles somewhere along the line). These unbroken, undamaged mofos are mixed up with others - so you get a unique case at jaw-dropping value. It could be an entire case of reds, or whites, or any combination in between - but it’ll always be a delicious, exciting surprise.
What’s an Unwrapped deal?
Unwrapped deals are when we’re given a super limited window to give you a peek at the producers & wines behind the legendary Vinomofo Black Market deals, with huge discounts off the price you’d pay at the cellar door. Black Market deals are only made possible if we don’t reveal the winery's brand on site. The wines are the genuine article – absolutely no cleanskins or fake brands, just dangerously good value. These deals don’t stay unwrapped for long, so get in quick!
Can I mix my own cases?
Not right now - ordering by the case is the reason we’re able to bring you these wines at a great per-bottle price. That being said… we’ve mixed up some awesome cases curated by our buying team to showcase a few wines that have a special place in our hearts, so you can play the field before saying “I do” to 6 or 12 of the same. Do I have to buy in cases of 12 or 6?
Buying by the case is how we’re able to bring you these wines at an awesome discount. Whilst not every wine is love at first sip (hey, some of us are slow to warm up) if you’re still not vibing your selection after sampling a bottle then no dramas - that’s what our 100% Happiness Guarantee is there to fix.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes we’ve got gift cards! They’re available in $50 increments (up to $200), and you can buy them over the phone or via the site. Just give us a call on 1800 663 419 and we can pop an order for one through for you or go to https://www.vinomofo.com/wines?query=gift. Once purchased it’ll be emailed to you, and then you can forward it on, print it out, fire it out of a glitter cannon - the only limit is your imagination.

What preservative free wines do you have?
Tl;dr - none.
Longer explanation for those of you who fancy getting a bit science-y on the why - preservatives like 220 to code 228 are sulfur (dioxide); found in lots of on-the-shelf products like sausages, salads, chips and dried fruit, to name a few. It’s also often a natural byproduct of fermentation. Types of sulfur can be used in the winemaking process for fighting bacteria, for colour stabilization, or to control the influence of oxygen, and the amount really ranges. In Australia we have label laws that state anything used in the process above 10mg must be listed on the label, meaning a wine could still have traces without it being on the label. And so we’re more comfortable with saying none of the wines we sell are preservative free.
I didn’t enjoy my wine, can I return it?
Absolutely! If you’re not 100% happy with your selection, for whatever reason, you can return it for a full credit or refund. That’s even after trying a bottle from a 6 pack, or up to two in a 12 pack. It’s our 100% Happiness Guarantee, and you can read all about it here.
I’d like some wine recommendations please?
Mofo, if we could fist bump you through the screen, we would. You’ve come to the right place - we LOVE to chat wine. In fact… we actually have a dedicated gun team of Wine Dealers who are at the end of the phone or keyboard anytime you want to talk vino. They’re the folk who’ll listen to what you like, and given they have the difficult job *cough* of getting to sip the wines we get through our door, they can hook you up with what we think will be your next favourite wine.
