Why do we love this wine?
This is citrusy, mineral and saline; crushed oyster shell and a little bit of sea spray accents what is a lemon-lime driven aromatic profile. There is grapefruit and a bit of grassyness on offer too, think sauv blanc but a little edgier and more savoury. This is the perfect wine for anyone looking to drink beyond the ‘usual suspects’. Did we mention it’s limited, too. So get it while you can.
