Why do we love this wine?
We know Clare Valley riesling is world renowned for a reason: it's bloody good wine. Poised for fresh and crisp early drinking, yet capable to go the distance with cellar ageing. This example comes off a single vineyard in the Polish Hill River sub-region, giving it a saline, mineral drive to support the pithy citrus acidity. If you're picking up a case of this, you're going to want to drink most of it in the spring sunshine; but we highly recommend stashing a bottle to try in a few years time- you can thank us later.
