Why do we love this wine?
This is delicious gris from a winery we adore. This is as fresh as they come: nashi pear, grapefruit, lemongrass, pineapple… I can imagine fresh, dew-dappled bouquets of herbs, citrusy zest finely grated over the top. Layered too, but instead of getting deeper it gets even more spritely, more exciting and aromatic.
