Adelaide Hills chardonnay can be hard to source at the best of times, but when a producer comes to you with a chardy that’s had time to round out with some age? It almost never happens. We’re all for young and bright, but there’s undoubtedly special things that happen with a few years in bottle. Mellow cashew and honeysuckle meet ripe cantaloupe and yellow peach.
