The Apple Isle is without a doubt the home of the greatest sparkling wines our country can produce. We’ve got a fantastic one here that’s 60% pinot noir, 35% chardonnay and 5% pinot meunier. After 20 months on lees, the wine has an almost imperceptible dose of residual sugar, making for a refreshing, dry style of fizz with loads of complexity. This is Tassie doing what Tassie does best, making sparkling wines that rival the best coming out of France.
