Why do we love this wine?
This 100% mourvèdre rosé is specifically sourced from Blewitt Springs, a highly sought after sub-region of McLaren Vale renowned for high quality fruit. Lees stirring in older french oak barrels throughout the cool fermentation brings added complexity and a depth of flavour which is a constant in every wine from this Mofo favourite producer. Look out for fresh herbaceous notes on the bouquet, gorgeous redcurrant and fresh strawberries over the palate, and a long, lively finish.
