Why do we love this wine?
The freshness and density of fruit opens up a little revealing some nuance and play - little flecks of green nettle, some confected chocolate dust, a bit of liquorice and milk dud. Velvety dark black forest cake and ganache. A wonderful wine to let reveal itself in your glass (or in your decanter if you’re extra fancy). It will become more complex and interesting with each sip. Pair it with bold flavoured food, sure, but it certainly doesn’t require it. This icon will stand and deliver on its own no problem.
