Why do we love this wine?
It's tightly wound around a striking mineral core, displaying depth and a refined edge. Crafted with an eye to show off the nuances of the Vale's extensive soil profiles, there's an obvious clarity to the way this shiraz presents. The black fruited profile is upheld by a definite vanilla bean and cocoa accent, and the age behind the wine has certainly added to the complexity here. If you're a fan of brooding, complex shiraz you won't be disappointed with this one.
