Why do we love this wine?
A super complex drop of shiraz. Chocolate, mocha and earthy notes play on the nose, whereas the palate is an interplay of tannin, baking spice, and all the red berries and fruits you can imagine, resting in a bed of velvety texture. The wine is at the start of its best drinking window and with so much density, will be drinking very well and evolving slowly over the next 5-10 years. This has all you could want in a super-premium shiraz, and has proven time and time again as a mofo favourite. In fact, this wine has walked out the door every single time we've brought it back, so if this sounds like a bit of you, we'd suggest moving on this faster than you can say 'premium aged shiraz'.
