Why do we love this wine?
Pinot is a pretty impressive variety for many reasons. It has driven Aussies mad with desire, to the point where actually getting your hands on any is a task worthy of a medal to begin with. That’s a long winded way of saying when we tried this wine and realised how much it outperforms the market in both quality and price, safe to say we didn’t twiddle our thumbs. This is everything you want in Adelaide Hills pinot and then some. Juicy cranberries and ripe strawberries mingle with some briary fruits and the smell of a fresh autumn forest.
