Why do we love this wine?
Rich and sumptuos cabernet from Barossa’s high planes is already a treasure. Add a dose of age to it and we’re talking miracle wine. A wonderous thing. A wisdomous thing. OK, maybe not that far, although we’re sure if you dig deep enough into this wine, it might show you some things you’ve never seen before: fruit leathers meet menthol and chocolate in a densely layered palate.
