Vinomofo’s 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By entering Vinomofo’s 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.
Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from all 12 days of the giveaway.
Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are excluded on Day 10 (December 22, 2024).
Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
4. Giveaway Period
Each daily giveaway begins at 12:00 AM AEDT and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on the same day, starting December 13, 2024, and concluding December 24, 2024.
Orders placed outside of these times will not be eligible for entry into that day’s giveaway.
5. How to Enter
To enter, you must place an order with Vinomofo during the daily giveaway period.
Each case of wine or spirits purchased equals one entry into that day’s giveaway.
The more cases you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).
Orders from excluded regions (NT for all 12 days and NT/ACT for Day 10) do not qualify for entry.
6. Prizes
Each daily giveaway features a specific prize, with the number of winners increasing daily:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products.
7. Selection of Winners
Winners will be drawn daily starting from Day 2 (December 14, 2024) for orders placed the previous day.
Draws will take place each morning, and winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners will be added to this page at the conclusion of the 12 Days of Christmas Event.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost within Australia, excluding NT, (and ACT on Day 10.)
Vinomofo is not responsible for delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.
Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
11. General
Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
