WTF! Sale is a promotion that will take place on vinomofo.com from 9am AEDT, Friday 20 October 2023 to 11.59am AEDT, Saturday 21 October, conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions, as well as Vinomofo’s general terms and conditions.

Purchasers understand they are entering a Vinomofo Promotion.

Each purchase of a Very Expensive Fridge Magnet includes 1 x complimentary bottle of the mentioned wine in the product offering.

The amount of Very Expensive Fridge Magnets are extremely limited and Vinomofo is NOT responsible for the guarantee of a successful purchase.

Very Expensive Fridge Magnets will be sold on a first-in, first-served basis.

The Very Expensive Fridge Magnets & accompanying products available in the Sales promotion are as follows:

• Very Expensive Fridge Magnet + 1pk Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2018 750mL (50 available)

• Very Expensive Fridge Magnet + 1pk Brokenwood Graveyard Vineyard Shiraz 2021 750mL (20 available)

• Very Expensive Fridge Magnet + 1pk Dom Perignon Champagne 2013 750mL (20 available)

• Very Expensive Fridge Magnet + 1pk Penfolds Grange Shiraz 2018 750mL (20 available)

Rules of the WTF! promotion are as follows:

- Maximum purchase of one (1) Very Expensive Fridge Magnet per customer.

- Vinomofo reserves the right to revoke & refund additional purchases.

- NT orders are not included (sorry NT mofos).

Main Terms:

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into. 

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident. Not open to NT residents. The promotion is not open to employees, family members and/or contractors of Vinomofo. 

Returns or cancellations cannot be made for orders made during the promotional period. All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-order. 

Purchasers may be required to show a form of valid photographic ID when delivery or collection is made.

Prizes are non-transferable, not for re-sale, non-refundable, and non-changeable. 

There is no cash or credit alternative to the prize.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vinomofo (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Vinomofo’s control);

b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c) any order or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Vinomofo) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Vinomofo;

d) any variation in prize value;

e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant; or

This promotion shall be governed and construed by Australian law and is run by Vinomofo Pty Ltd (ABN 69 149 404 197)
