1. Introduction By entering the Glenfiddich Grand Château 31 Year Old Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

• Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

• Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway is valid for entries received between 5:00 PM AEDT on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

• To enter, purchase a bottle of spirits during the giveaway period.

• Each bottle of spirts purchased equals one entry into the giveaway.

• The more bottles of spirits you purchase, the more entries you receive (one entry per bottle).

6. Prize

• 1 x Bottle of Glenfiddich Grand Château 31 Year Old (750ml).

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

7. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on Monday, December 1, 2025.

• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner within Australia (excluding NT).

• Vinomofo is not responsible for delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.
