Why do we love this wine?
There’s a real sense of pedigree here. The fruit comes from top-notch South Australian vineyards, handled by people who’ve been making some of the country's best wine longer than most of us have been drinking it. That access to quality fruit shows in every sip. Peach and nectarine lead the charge, followed closely by crisp green apple, nashi pear and a squeeze of citrus that keeps everything lively and clean. The palate is juicy, with enough texture to stop it feeling thin, but plenty of energy to keep things refreshing.
