Skillogalee's family-owned estate sits in Clare Valley's Sevenhill subregion where dry-grown vines cling to sloping hills, tended entirely by hand following sustainable practices that respect the land while capturing authentic vintage character and regional specificity. But what's all the hype about? Well, to be honest, it tastes so, bloody, good... Vibrant, invigorating riesling with zippy acidity and bright lime and lemon flavours complemented by floral lift and mineral backbone. Those ancient Sevenhill soils and dramatic landscape express themselves clearly - this tastes like somewhere specific, and a very special 'somewhere' at that.
