Why do we love this wine?
Look, there's not too much that needs to be said about this wine that hasn't been said in wine publications already but here's our take... Zesty, bright, zippy and slightly chalky. Great tropical fruit presence, a slight grassiness and a whole lot of bang for your buck. This is genuinely the pinnacle of sauvignon blanc production in Australia, and right up there with some of the best in the world.
