Lemon pith and lime zest are the two over-arching flavours whilst still in its youth, the complexity and body of this wine are coiled and ready to explode over the next 5 to 8 years. A wine that's elegant and expressive with pure fruit and wonderful acidity that will perk up any mood or food.
