Why do we love this wine?
We love an aged semillon here at Vinomofo, we also love (and we mean LOVE) this producure. For those who have tried aged sem before, you know what all the carry-on is about, for those who haven’t, what an introduction. Baked apples, baking spice, zesty citrus and a smooth, almost creamy texture, the zippy acid bounces off the developed lanolin notes and varietal grassiness perfectly. Be careful what you drink this with, you might forget to enjoy the food... it’s a little dangerous in that regard.
