Classic Sauv Blanc as soon as it hits the glass, with mandarin, gooseberry and a hint of tropical fruit on the nose, plus a touch of fresh-cut grass keeping things honest. On the palate it's all lime, mandarin and pineapple, backed by a mineral edge and genuinely well-balanced acidity. This one's got a little richness too, you know - French style!

Why do we love this wine?
A third of this was barrel fermented in seasoned French oak, adding a bit of texture without dulling any of that zesty energy - hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and bottled early to lock in the freshness. Bright, zesty and a little more complex than your average Savvy B. Pour it on a warm afternoon, next to fresh seafood, or just because it's an afternoon.
