Why do we love this wine?
Night-picked and swiftly pressed to lock in freshness, the juice gets a boost from carefully selected yeast strains that amp up flavour and texture. The result is a lively drop, brilliant pale straw in the glass with a flash of green, its brimming with aromas of lime tart, white flowers and tropical fruit.
