Why do we love this wine?
Lemon sorbet, granny-smith apple, crushed herbs, and a twist of lime all leap from the glass. Stony minerality and a gentle floral lift ease us into a palate that's all about line and length. Laser-focused acid, subtly chalky texture, and just enough fleshy citrus to keep things mouthwatering from start to finish. It’s beautifully restrained now, but you can bank on this one going the distance. Drink from now, all the way through to 2039 - if you can wait that long.
