The winemaker behind this riesling has experience running the show at the crème de la crème of Victoria’s best wineries (and numerous stints in France). We’d be giving too much of a clue to tell you exactly which cellars, but has since launched a label which consistently scores those killer points - a Midas touch to any wine. This riesling is an intense yet pure expression of place from 40+ year-old vines. Leaping with floral aromatics, think ginger and jasmine, with a crunchy apple flavour fleshing out into the riper pineapple spectrum. The acidity is mouthwatering but offers a perfectly balanced riesling frame - the basis for subtle yet persistent flavours. Pure perfection.
