This snappy rizza has been taking us wine-o’s by storm. It’s from Clare Valley and is classic Clare - light, dry and delicious. The nose is floral and citric and the palate delivers that same bright citrus with lime cordial and grapefruit pith. You can just imagine how this wine would sing with South East Asian cuisine, packed with fresh herbs and tamarind.
