Why do we love this wine?
This comes from one of Clare Valley's biggest, most respected names - can't say who, but if you know Riesling, you'll know the second it arrives. Lime cordial, chalky minerality and grapefruit pith add texture, leaning fully into mature, complex character. Five to eight years of cellar life left if you want to wait, but right now might be the smartest time to pour it. A genuine opportunity to own aged Clare Valley Riesling at its best.
