Why do we love this wine?
The Halliday Wine Companion gave this a 'Drink By' of 2030, but I reckon that's overly conservative. This wine will go and go and go. Below all that delicious fruit, wet stone minerality forms the baseline for what is ultimately an exciting wine full of discovery and surprise. A must drink for any fan of riesling, or indeed wine full-stop.
