Why do we love this wine?
Flinty reduction, lemon and lime zest, crushed oyster shell, green apple, tangerine and verbena lead the nose, before chopped hazelnut, apricot, white plum and Meyer lemon tart start to unfold as it opens. The palate is vertical and precise - bright acid running clean through a saline, laser-focused finish. Oak plays a supporting role here, framing the fruit and mineral character without ever crowding it, adding structure and length rather than weight.
