Why do we love this wine?
Picked during the cool of night and rushed to the winery, the fruit was handled with ultimate care to preserve its purity and brightness. Fermented with a (secret) custom yeast to dial up the flavour and add an extremely pleasing texture, this wine was bottled early to lock in those lifted aromatics and fresh fruit character. A beautifully made, no-fuss drop that’s as refreshing as it is flavourful.
