Why do we love this wine?
Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented, rested, filtered, bottled and then left alone for over a decade. Very straightforward with no need to get too clever. The acid carries it all of course and this one has held its age beautifully because of it. Why settle for less than the best? Petaluma needs no introduction.
