Why do we love this wine?
Good riesling finds a way to marry fruit weight with piercing acidity. This has pithy citrus mid palate which gives satisfying breadth to the wine, but the raciness gives the whole thing genuine get-up-and-go. Green apple, lime zest, and (here's a fun one to look out for) plasticine aromas flow into lime flesh and gravelly minerality on the palate. As exciting as it is energetic - this is spring into summer stayer for sure.
