Why do we love this wine?
It's spent time in French oak, which shows up as a bit of extra shape without taking over. The nose is all about stone fruit, grapefruit, nectarine and a bit of citrus zing on top. There's real texture happening here, not just flavour for the sake of it, and a fine thread of zestiness runs the whole way through to a deceivingly long finish. Genuinely a lot going on for what it is. Drink it now or hang onto it for a couple of years - it's got two to four years of runway either way, so the timing's entirely up to you.
