Juicy, textural, beautifully balanced and properly long - this is grown-up Pouilly-Fuissé with a wink. A wine that knows it’s good… but isn’t a show-off about it. Old vines, proper French oak barrels, and that unmistakable white Burgundy depth.

Why do we love this wine?
The fruit comes from a handful of parcels inside the Pouilly boundaries, with vines that have been doing their thing for 60 to 90 years. That kind of age doesn’t just make great wine - it makes wise wine. It’s fermented in classic 228L barrels, but only a whisper of new oak - just enough polish to feel fancy without rubbing it anyone's face. In the glass you’ll find a generous golden hue and a lifted, soft-focus nose: think orchard fruit, peach skin, a bit of apricot, all slowly opening up like it just woke from a quality nap. The palate has serious presence - richer and more concentrated than the previous vintage - with that gorgeous old-vine creaminess spreading across the mid-palate. Yellow plum, crunchy white fruit and a lick of spice glide through, with a tiny hint of fruit ripeness that instantly gets snapped into line by a clean, mineral kick on the finish.
