Why do we love this wine?
It explodes out the glass with lifted citrus and lemon blossom on the nose, joined by a touch of lime zest and something faintly floral underneath. The palate is taut and mineral-driven, striking that tricky balance between pure, juicy fruit and real structural tension without tipping too far either way. It finishes long and mouth-watering, staying fresh and precise right through until the last drop is long gone.

Ray Jordan
A beautifully fragrant and racy Riesling from Eden Valley. A mix of lemon and lime on the nose with some floral notes. The palate is crisp and clean, with a minerally, powdery acidity complementing the citrusy fruit flavours. There’s tension, but there’s also flavour, providing an excellent wine for drinking in the short term but with some medium-term cellaring.

Pale straw with a glint of green, this is a pristine, finely tuned Eden Valley Riesling that speaks clearly of site and season. The nose is lifted showing intense aromas of freshly squeezed lime juice, lemon blossom and kaffir lime leaf, underpinned by delicate floral notes. The palate is taut and linear, driven by gentle natural acidity that carries flavours of lime zest and green apple. A gentle minerality adds depth and texture, while the balance between fruit purity and structural tension is exemplary.
