Adelaide Hills is quickly becoming the hottest spot for this native Austrian variety, and we're clamouring to get our hands on more. Picked from a phenomenal vineyard wedged between Hahndorf and Woodside, this variety thrives in the hands of great winemakers. And a great winemaker this indeed has- their experience speaks volumes in perfectly crafted drops like this. Freshness and longevity are strong characters of this wine. It’s a little spicy, as you can often expect with any good glass of grüner, while carrying a depth of layers from citrus to apple to pear.
