Why do we love this wine?
Zippy acid, textural minerality and beautifully ripe fruit, all singing in perfect harmony. Granacha blanca thrives in the higher altitude, cooler areas of Navarra (Spain). The cooler climate allows for a longer ripening period so full flavoured, full bodied wines can be created with fantastic retention of natural acid. White flower aromatics, green apple, lime, and honeydew roll across the palate whilst the racy natural acidity and minerality set up a long, textural finish to match any meal from seafood to soufflé.
