Why do we love this wine?
Fruit was picked overnight and into the winery by first light, pressed gently, then fermented slow and cool. From there it sat on lees, with part of it resting in seasoned oak for four months - here's where that extra bit of texture and complexity comes from. Great with cheese boards, fish, fruit salad... basically anything you'd eat on the back porch!
