Why do we love this wine?
Single vineyard Swartland fruit from vines planted in 1981 on sandy granite soils. Naturally fermented, bone dry and made with a precision that lets the vineyard do all the talking. The result is crystalline, focused and genuinely compelling - mineral tension and purity running through a palate of real depth and concentration. Fantastic stuff.
