Why do we love this wine?
Fruit from the original estate vines, held on lees for texture and weight, and delivering something that's genuinely hard to put down. Lime sorbet, green apple, a chalky, mouthwatering pucker and a juicy, succulent texture that keeps you coming back for more. It's fragrant, it's refreshing, and the length of flavour is something else entirely. Drinks beautifully right now and has every intention of ageing gracefully well into the 2030s.
