Sunbury is one of Victoria's cooler climate regions, located northwest of Melbourne, which provides ideal conditions for elegant Chardonnay development. The region's volcanic soils and continental climate with warm days and cool nights allow for extended ripening periods, developing complex flavours while retaining natural acidity.
