Why do we love this wine?
White nectarine, grapefruit and preserved lemon lead the way, layered with roasted cashew, flint and a touch of oak spice. Beautifully textured on the palate, with concentrated citrus and stone fruit carried by bright acid and a fine mineral edge running underneath. The oak's been handled with a light touch throughout, there without ever announcing itself, leading into a finish that's long, focused and dead-eye precise.
