Why do we love this wine?
An incredibly detailed wine. Honeysuckle and Meyer lemon lead out of the glass, with pineapple and nutmeg sitting quietly in the background. Despite its creamy, oak-driven mouth feel, the 2024 vintage shows real grace on the palate - Senshu apple, honeydew melon and soft pineapple, all framed by a distinct salinity that comes straight from this maritime site. A precise, refined line of acid carries everything through to a genuinely long finish.
