Why do we love this wine?
Oh so chardy, oh so good! Beautifully rich and rounded with that classic buttery twist and finely balanced acidity to allow the fruit to shine. It is wines like this that cement Margaret River as one of our favourite regions, especially for chardonnay. They so very often produce some of our country's most outstanding examples, and no matter the price point you can find enjoyment all up and down the line. Better yet, they pair magnificently with a range of foods, it's silly not to have a bottle on hand and in the fridge ready to pop open and compliment that creamy carbonara, that roast chicken, a risotto or a cheeky cheeseboard on a Friday night with friends.
