Why do we love this wine?
From the world-famous Toolangi Vineyard, in the gorgeous Upper Yarra sub-region, this is chardy with its shirt tucked in, top button undone. From the first swirl, you’re hit with ripe peach and fresh apple, all enveloped in vanilla, roasted hazelnut and that irresistible buttery pastry note. It’s rich and creamy, yet bright and lively - a balancing act pulled off with complete ease. The acidity keeps things fresh, the texture is consuming, and the finish just keeps going and going and going. Stylish, layered and seriously stylish. We know we said 'stylish' twice... it's really stylish.
