Why do we love this wine?
There is so much to love here. Creamy and textured with punchy, peppy green apple acidity that runs throughout the wine. A mineral baseline gives it freshness and a steely quality, but the palate overall is rich, creamy, and inviting. Some flashy oak offers welcome vanilla and pastry generosity. This is classic and delicious, a brilliant Margs chardy that has been lovingly crafted. A chardonnay that feels like it's just getting into its rhythm, this one will continue to develop for at least the next 8 years, good luck keeping your hands off it for that long!
