Why do we love this wine?
When it comes to chardonnay (and, luckily, it always comes to chardy) there’s nothing quite like that classic Margaret River style. It strikes a balance between tropical fruits and piercing citrus, between generous palate weight and racy, driving acidity. This is a classic example of all that harmonious goodness. Charred pineapple wrapped around ripe lemon flesh. Juicy lime intermingling with granitic minerality. Some whipped cream in perfect step with salty, saline, slight funk. A wine perfectly poised to age gracefully yet somehow already in its drinking prime. This is everything to all chardy lovers and it leaves nothing at the door. A certified knock out. Get it while you can - there’s not much to go around.
