Why do we love this wine?
Bright green-gold in the glass, with grilled white peach, nougat, grapefruit and a whisper of sea spray on the nose - expressive, layered and completely impossible to walk away from. The palate is rich and mouthwatering, with summer stone fruit, cashews and vanilla building through beautifully integrated oak to a long, saline, harmonious finish that just keeps going. Generous and precise at the same time. Which is harder to pull off than it sounds - and this does it effortlessly. 96 points from Vino Masters. Four separate critics all saying essentially the same thing - this is outstanding Yarra Chardonnay. At this price, the only question is how many you're grabbing...
