Estate grown in the crisp cool air of the Adelaide Hills this graceful little guzzler get it all right. Sitting perfectly in the 'Goldilocks zone', not too zippy, not too big - juuuuust right. There's a soft, plumpness to the fruit and just a hint of chalky minerality. Seafood? Yep. Chicken? Sure. Salt & Vinegar Chips? YES! (trust us on that one).
