Why do we love this wine?
We’re injected with a sense of joy every time we get the chance to drink Adelaide Hills chardy. Partly because it seems to be the spot where no-wrong-can-be-done, and partly because the people who make the stuff up there in the Hills are always so damn delightful. This chardy is beyond a steal at this price, that offers richness from 8 months in oak, yet predominantly greets you with a fresh, citrus-y and peachy palate. Chuck a bottle or two of this in the fridge, and you’re ready for anything the week might throw at you.
