Why do we love this wine?
The palate really dials into the cool climate fruit profile; white peach, pear, grapefruit – this is focused, and pure. There is a good amount of creamy, nuttiness that gives the palate some heft and the aromatic profile a savoury component. A well rounded, classic Hills chardy to be sure .
